I tried the free ear plugs but had difficulty keeping them in so cant really review on them wax ones are better as you can mould them to your ear shape

Uve had this product for approx a week and its helped me loads i live in central london so it can get quite noisy so the ear plugs have come in particularly useful

The material of the mask blocks out light perfectly aside from the slight gap between the bottom of the mask and my face but that might just be due to my big nose the earplugs unfortunately do not fit my ears but i probably should have expected this as i now wear headphones rather than earphones as they dont stay in my presumably small ears
