Weve only had it for about a month but so far it hasnt lost any of its support or started sagging toward the middle

I had to sniff very very carefully and there is the faintest possible odor of cardboard i think

It comes folded and then tightly rolled and the directions say to unroll it a bit and then let it finish unrolling and unfolding on its own

There is a warranty card that comes packed with the pad specifying the terms of the warranty

I printed out a copy of the receipt and tucked it away with the warranty card just in case the product does happen to fail
