I bought 4 more now hoping the quality would be the same

I can eventually get just the one spot im using to soften from the application of my own body heat but if i have to turn wam back onto a rockhard pillow

Update the company had no answer as to why it did this but offered to replace it id called them a couple of weeks before the 5year warranty expired and the replacement is vastly better

Cooling feature does not really keep the pillow cool but it doesnt get quite as hot as my other where my face is laying so i guess the cooling feature works ok

If i had it to do over i would have purchased the larger one as the regular size is not quite but almost too small

When the new one showed up it was softer than the last one that i purchased although it was the same product description

I had ordered this pillow to help alleviate some pressure on my neck and shoulders that was causing numbness and painful tingling down my right arm mostly both arms when its really bad
