My only complaint is that when it arrived in the packaging it already had a small tear in it which though negligible to the level of comfort of the product was disappointing

The mattress topper is a squishy foam material that molds to your body and pops back up after you get off of it

Usually if i find a pillow thick enough that i cant feel my arm the problem is that it has no give and my head ends up tilted up too far which is uncomfortable
