Pros

I like the way the case is made- it's seams are tidy. Looks clean and nice after washing and drying. I'm convinced that those same whiners would complain if they were gifted with a 1 pound gold bar and it had dirt on it.

The texture of the encasing is smooth and soft. It makes virtually no noise and does not feel like a cheap shower curtain.

Cons

It is not waterproof at all. Defeats the purpose.

While it is water-resistant, it isn't as comfortable as a polyester/cotton blend. It traps a bit of air and so it is uneasy to sleep on.

Definitely takes 2 people to put on mattress but super sturdy product

If it fits over your mattress then this is probably a good product since i thought the quality before the seams popped was very good

So i moved to the couch to sleep and would deal with the sheets the next day
