I was able to put it on myself even with a king size but it does null the warranty if done so

However i would probably have to say that for a small spills or splatter they would probably work fine but for large amounts of liquids that was not caught quickly it’s possible they would leak because they do not have plastic underneath

I don’t know why people purchase something that does not have plastic and expect it to hold a bladder full of pee for hours or a whole 16 ounce glass of beverage i’m not quite sure how they would expect this to not leak

The package came with clear instructions and a bag of cable ties and felt stickers

The cable ties are for securing the zipper and the felt stickers are for covering rough corners of the bed frames
