The smell is at first aweful because of the valerian ingredients. The flavour is pretty good.
Heygirl sleepy time tea has a great flavour blend to drink before bed. Mix of chamomile, lemon, passion flower and many other sleep inducing benefits. Great way for me to stay hydrated.

Cons
Product is brutal. Maybe i’m broken, but didn’t improve my sleep or help me fall asleep. He only drank it one night and did not notice it was easier to sleep, so maybe you need to use it more often for it to work.
