This battery is for an older macbook pro vintage 2008 and apple no longer supplies batteries for this model nor will they repair it anywhere except in california where they are legally obliged to do so

I bought this in an attempt to revive a dead 2008 mbp that wont power on and had a dead battery for some time

The mbp is sadly still dead but the battery came partially charged fit like a glove and was quickly charged to full by the crippled machine
