Pros
I use this at work for my mouse arm and it has been a life saver. Because the arm extension is a bit short for me, i have to put the mouse pad right against my keyboard and the skyzonal right against the outer edge of the mousepad.
Cons
It is solid, vertically, but it is conceived in such a way that horizontally it moves freely, so your arm is always getting away from you. Did not help in any way my tennis/mouse elbow.

I find no fault with this product
The castings and finish all seem pretty decent quality and im sure ill use it for years to come
I have shoulder pain from mouse use and have struggled to alleviate this pain by trying different positions for my right arm with the mouse
At the same time the design lets you move your arm from mouse to keyboard without raising it you just move with the arm rest

Measure the desk that you plan to use it on to ensure the edge has enough debt to accommodate the clamp mechanism

The soft touch pads havent marked my desk at all and it only takes up a minimum of desk space

The manufacturer might consider including a piece of foam for those who might want the extra padding
