U could maybe slow cook certain food like eggs but i would not recommend cooking unless u don’t mind waiting half a day to cook it

The 1200ml container is made of light weight steel approximately 7 12x 5 34x 2 14 with the lid on

What i dont like about this setup is that it requires you to be plugged into your vehicle for 12 hours
