Pros

Replacement for discontinued model. Ordered a new one and was operating again in ten minutes. Our gas log is back working great again.

The remote works as it should. It works just fine and the icy on the an open box price which is deeply appreciated.

Easy to understand instructions and includes batteries. Priced much less than one from service company and easy to install myself. Clear installation instructions. Easy to connect and linking was on first try.

Cons

The on and off button are reversed. Too much of a hassle to return the product.
