Pros

No, it’s not a miracle product but i definitely saw an improvement when i used it after a late night. The only complaint i have is that this last order came without an envelope.

They're sticky enough to stay exactly where you put them and not messy or wet. Instead of a gel substance which moves and is slimy, this product is tighter and more effective. I like how cooling they feel without irritating my under eyes.

Cons

I now have to go through the hassle of returning this product to get my money back when it was defective in the first place. This is the second time i’ve noticed my order from this seller was “off’. Clearly it was not handled correctly or expired.

They burn/itch and leave a red mark. One of the patches in each pack is discolored and smells horrible. There was no cooling effect or anything.

The product was packed in the box with the cat litter and it was dirty

Please consider this is a beauty and skin care product that shouldn’t be packed with a cat litter

The area it was on looked so good that the next section down on my face really looked drastically different
