Video and audio are clear and it's just fun. Works perfectly and the unit itself dispenses the treats everytime you activate it! When she can't bring her dog with her she is able to communicate and see him which helps her control her anxiety.

    It was kinda confusing in the beginning because i couldnt connect it to my wifi and the wifi they had i couldnt seem to find its password
