At first i wanted to return the yoga mat because the microfibercolorful side was too slippery

In classes that make you sweat a lot this is not a good mat for it

On its own the natural rubber side does have good traction for your hands and feet but its pointless if the bottom of the mat keeps sliding on the floor this was dangerous during pose transitioning

Also it came with a cute carrying strap but sometimes the snaps on the strap come undone

If the mat can come in the same material as the all natural rubber side it would be great
