Pros
The insoles are around quarter inch thick and after inserting my feet the shoe was a perfect fit. This is 4th innersole that i have purchased for different shoes. It fits well inside my shoe.
The cushioned footbed is very comfy and bounces the feet very well. It is like a firm sponge that moulds to your foot but is not too soft. Perfect cushioning with durability.
Cons
Generic cotton with mild foam is the only insole that is worth buying. My foot slides on the top surface. No cushion effect. Gel, heel support, cushion etc are just gimmicks.
This product apparently cannot be exchanged or returned. Worst part is it is non returnable. Fooling people in name of skudgear.
