Pros

Strap undersurface has diagonally-striped friction fabric to help the shoulder pad not slide around. More sturdier than the original * my case. Black metal clasps have full rotational mobility.

It also lengthens quite a bit so the large duffel is not problem for it. The pannier defies gravity and stays at my waist as long as the strap is attached.

For straight, same side shouldering this works perfectly. The padding is not extremely thick but it seems to be just what i needed for a carry-on sized bag packed with clothing. The strong nylon and metal, doesn't twist, padding is effective.

I feel these are a little overpriced, hence my four-star review. Super comfortable, sturdy, and doesn't slip. Great length and adjustable hook.

Love this strap. Just want to add my voice to the chorus. Decent replacement strap.

But the shoulder pad has nothing to grip your shoulder. Extremely poor design.
