Pros
There is a separate softball attachment you can use with this as well as the hardball it comes with. As you hit it purer, the wind up is better. Excellent device for working on hitting mechanics.
My kid loves it and i can use it too. Grandchildren are thrilled!
Cons
My 13 year old son is no brute and i don't think a cable that thick should break that easy. The bottom hardware that the cable is attached to bent upwards pinching the cable. It's a lemon.

It does move a little bit when an adult swings hard but not enough to make it a problem
