In my skirt sports skirt with capris i have the m and they do fall a bit when i am running, so i opted for a tighter fit. The new skirts come with compression shorts underneath, which stay in place.

Cons

Most chub rub spots are on the inner thigh. The hem on my skirt looks terrible and basically i'm embarrassed to wear it. The compression shorts are are very tight and do stay in place.
