Good quality and efficient however too heavy to complete double unders effectively over a period of time these skipping ropes look amazing and are heavy duty they have a metal wire running threw them which i thought was good as all my old cheap ones snapped they come well packaged aswell not bad if u like skipping with industrial grade wire that whips you as if your name was sambo perfect
