Pros

Book is a beauty, it’s definitely a keeper! This book is the refreshing answer. I have a lot of favorites, but my very favorite is the spicy fried chicken sandwich.

This cookbook is a meal prepping dream. It’s fun to make inspiring tasty meals without spending the whole day in the kitchen. Minimal dishes and easy prep are a bonus!

The author mentions each type of kitchen cookware featured in this book. Most recipes have 2-4 of these markers (little colored dots) on them. One side is the recipe and one side is a photograph of the prepared dish.

Cons

Of the instant pot recipes are soup. Some of the recipes are higher calorie than her older recipes.

The only reason i'm not returning the book is because i don't want to go to the post office during the pandemic. Now it says my refund will be $3. It does not. Not worth it.

Only negative is that it arrived without a dust jacket like the other cookbooks in the series

If i had one criticism they are often a bit more mildly seasoned or salted than id prefer

I refer to this cookbook more than any other this year
