Pros

The author uses a lot of delicious hispanic spice combinations that really keep my pallet tingling. Each recipe comes with a brief note about the recipe, the serving size, how many this recipe will serve, the nutritional value of the recipe.

Love this cookbook. Favorite is the spicy fried chicken sandwich. At the beginning of this book, the author mentions each type of kitchen cookware featured in this book.

Most recipes have 2-4 of these markers (little colored dots) on them. This book is full of tasty meals with accessible ingredients.

Cons

Great recipes but cookbook quality is unacceptable. Some of the recipes are higher calorie than her older recipes.

The only reason i'm not returning the book is because i don't want to go to the post office during the pandemic. Now it says my refund will be $3. It does not. Not worth it.
