Pros

One pan, less mess. Mini churros (see photo). They are all pretty easy to make! Instructions are very clear, the photos are beautiful.

This book has all the info you'd need to understand at the very least minimal prep. I like the varied approaches of meal prep this book helps you plan. All the interesting facts and how-to guides on the meal prepping process.

Some of my favorites are the bahn mi meatballs, chicken and wild rice soup, 5 spice pork (and ramen! I have 3 other skinnytaste cookbooks and they are wonderful for dieters. It simplifies eating healthy and there is not a sacrifice on flavor.

Cons

Very disappointed with the quality and content of the book. But this isn't very helpful for what i wanted it for.

The meal prep cookbook is not as good as her previous books or website. The recipes are amazing but the book wasn't made properly. Who even puts sugar in a smoothie? That’s half the sugar allowance for an entire day for women. We really want the recip... Read More
