This product didnt work for my dad due to specific medical issues with feet making them uncomfortable

However be aware that if you need to return its not the typical amazon return drop off at ups or other facility you have to mail it yourself via usps to czechoslovakia at a cost of over 20 which seller stated would be reimbursed upon receipt along with completing customs form instructed by seller to place value of item 8 or below due to potential customs issues

I was not comfortable with that arrangement and chose to just donate to someone else who may be able to benefit from them
