Pros
Lavender brightens the complexion. It really neutralizes the golden tones in my skin.
The powder is supplemented with a super soft and ergonomic powder puff pad. This powder smells so good it has a sweet scent that isn't too heavy or nauseating. It has a subtle floral fragrance which i wasn't expecting.
It is seven dollars cheaper than the besame brand. It comes with a puff if you use one. The packaging is nice---the product did not come in a box--it is like bare minerals powder jars except it has a very cute almost retro looking lid.

When i use the baking method it doesnt brighten my under eyes and every area i bake which makes it look whiter

When i apply lightly on my face with a brush you cant even tell my skin looks powdery at all it just looks matte

Not sure if it was just my luck or what but when i went to tap some product out onto the lid the sifter fell out and product went everywhere
