If fact the skis who are not that observant about how skis perform even commented that the skis seem to glide easier

Days 1112 temps 40 degrees not really snow but ice chunks

Day 13 temps dropped to 25 degrees so the snow cone snow froze and it was skiing on ice

It also lasts 5 days maybe more in soft snow and two days on icy hardpack before you see base burn
