The remote is suppose to magnetically clip to the device but i cant seem to make that work enough to trust it

I wet my neck i place this thing over my neck and i pressed the on button note that you will have to hold on to the power button for about 5 seconds until it turns on there is a beep and a light that will turn on

Finally you will take the small remote that came with it batteries are included and you will press the button and it will turn on

I cant last more than a few seconds on medium setting its way too intense

I find that there is a bit of tension in these when slipped over the electrodes and they dont lay flat with the surface thus the transfer of pulse is not as effective
