Into the chute try it if you want but you may end up like me with bits of fruit flying around the kitchen

However another bit of advice was to put a plastic bag into the pulp collecting bin to save having to wash this up after each use it works a treat 3rd photo

What i found was that as the jug sits loosely beside the juicer waiting to collect the juice the vibration of the machine can cause the jug to move away from the spout and then the juice flows freely all over the worktop

There were two minor points that detracted slightly from the idea of using this machine regularly for me and they were• i dont have a dishwasher so washing all the pieces after use was a bit of a pain
