I’m glad to say my neice absolutely loves it looks great and the quality surpasses what you would get for a board twice this price

But overall we like it and like the adjustments we can make with the key it comes with

I was worried the quality wouldn’t be there

The owner contacted me directly and told they were very sorry about the problem and they sent me a brand new board absolutely free

I ordered one on walmart website before i bought this one and the packaging was terrible

My 9 year old was skateboarding up and down the street within 30 minutes of opening the packaging
