The band is adjustable, simply by opening a latch with a small screwdriver. However, the band is a bit long, which can be problematic for people with smaller wrists. My only concern is you would probably need a jeweler to replace the band.

I have a small wrist i don't like bulky watches and this one is a perfect size. I have to push it further up my arm for it to fit, which can be a bit of a hassle. The small wristband keeps the band secure, and it doesn't look funny.

This is one of the bests purchases you can make. Drives me nuts. Now it’s perfect.

Cons

It’s like some one tricked you. This means the watch is useless, and i've only had it for a year, grrr. But this item is blatantly ridiculous! What a waste of $60.

This watch has lasted less than three months. The crown/pusher piece fell off. The face is not mother of pearl any longer.
