Tastes and functions exceptionally. The only thing i will admit is its extraordinarily sweet. Perfect for someone like myself who has a sweet tooth.
Cookies and cream is tasty with whole milk. It has little cookie pieces too which is kind of odd but not bad, barely noticeable. I have to see how it makes me feel after a good workout and the day after.
Great flavor. Will be buying again. I believe they are switching packaging in the new year.

Protien says 60g per 2 scoops. The canister says 18 servings per canister, at one scoop per canisters, so you will get just 9 days of 60g protein.

I am low carb as well so this helps to have the energy i need for my 5x5 workouts because i dont use a preworkout
