Had to cancel my subscription. Had a january 2024 expiration date. In the bottom of the bottle are probably 10 tablets that are basically useless because they are destroyed.

Personally they didn’t work as intended for me my body doesn’t experience a pump when working out unless it’s forearms and biseps
