This deserves a solid 4 out of 5 all around. If you're a relative beginner looking for a cheap product that provides a decent (if not low dose) ingredient blend, this is a product for you.

It’s a cheap but effective motivator. Gives you the little tingle after about 15 minutes but not the itchy feel from some unbalanced pre-workouts. This is a game changer been lifting for years!

I like the popsicle flavor because it tastes great with blue powerade. This one has a very mild mellow sweet flavor that is not overpowering at all.
