This works great for the non stop cramping in my back. I also have it strapped to my back at my waist to reduces restless leg syndrome symptoms.
Cons
Started great but only lasted 2 weeks. It only lasts a couple months if i’m lucky. Wasn't used heavily.

Certainly this is not as powerful as the hitchie wand which has a plug to work whereas this one will only work on battery power and not when plugged in when charging so on that note it will run out of battery power probably when you are halfway done using it sometime

The battery power fully charged is well over a half hour when it is new but like all batteries eventually running time will become shorter
