File transferas stated by other reviewers i wouldnt recommend this cable for transferring files its not made for it therefore it doesnt achieve high speeds like other cables on the market

However it lacks the 5 additional pins on the usba connector that are required for usb 3 mode limiting connectivity to usb 2
