Im xl in tie string scrubs. I'm usually a medium and an xs is still a bit looser than i'd like. Other scrubs i own have elastic waistband and these have drawstring.

The material is sturdy and easy washable. They are not flimsy and thin like somescrubs. They also are not scratchy.

They are cut right, stitched well, and a great fit. Purchased these for my husband -- not for surgery but for realistic halloween costume.

Skimpy cut. Don't waste your money order cherokee brand instead. Tried to return but said have to drop it off at a whole foods. Then to be tagged and stamped with the the words human coverage.

If you have curvy hips, this is a no. Pants where short waste and stiff fabric even after washing. Very scratchy, uncomfortable, thick material more similar to outdoor roller shades then clothes. The drawstrings have no elastic.

Top is fine but pants don't have hand pockets and wallet pocket on back is on the left side instead of right. The colors they offer are wonderful, but unfortunately the sizing was inaccurate so i will have to return it.
