Had severe congestion due to sinus infection that even my sinus power washer for lack of a better description couldnt clear out but the very potent fine mist from sinus buster got in there and loosened it up with only one full spray in each nostril

The initial spray stings quite a bit from the capsaicin thats in it but only for a few seconds

If you think this stuff burns try affrin it burns way more for a lot longer and doesnt work for me
