The first few days made little difference and i thought it was a waste of money then suddenly my nose was clear and i could breathe properly all day and has been for 2 weeks now

Does what it says on the packet the net pots is made of plastic bug if works i might invest in a ceramic one next but a defo buy it does what it says it does not to pleasant to use but hey ho
