Just popped out the old stoppers and inserted these in seconds. They're slightly tough to clean, as you shouldn't just rinse them off. Easy to install and easy to clean.

Once that's broken, the protector becomes useless. Sending back for a refund instead of s replacement.

My sink also used one of those oldtimey stoppers in the drain so there was nothing to stop a ring or other objects from falling into it when the stopper wasnt inserted

When flow slows pull it out and pull off the hair and other debris then reinsert

Theyre slightly tough to clean as you shouldnt just rinse them off that would defeat the purpose but it is by far not impossible and the time spent cleaning them is hours less than the time id spend trying to clean the drain itself without them
