Quality
I have used keurig brand coffee maker for a while and their quality is one of the best
Works great brews quickly very good machine
As in past i use the 8oz setting and keurig kcups
Packaging/appearance
Worked perfect out of the box makes coffee like it should what can i say its nice to have something just be right off the bat
I would not trade it for a larger one since i drink fresh hot brew out of the pot

Took off a star because sometimes it makes weird concerning noises when not in use and it does not work with my reusable pod that i use for regular coffee groundsdoesnt fit

It worked well the 1st year then i had trouble getting it to run by closing the pod lid
