Pros

Easy to use product. Got all the instructions online and youtube video instructions for a newbie. If you are a sewer or new to it, is a great machine. I think it's a good value and great as a beginner machine.

Cons

I feel it would be a good machine i believe i got a defective model. The machine was poorly made, the plastics light and easy to damage. Nothing but junk!

Was unable to use not even one stich.

Shockingly poor quality. Frustratingly poor performance. Service centre people are so problematic. Beyond disappointing for my 12 year old daughter.

The front loading bobbin jams constantly. It's nothing but a pain in the *. If you don't clean it up before your first use, it ruins your expensive imported fabric.

The machine makes all kinds of strange noises, from knocking to rubbing to shaking my entire table if i attempt to go little faster. Two sets of the same step numbers is confusing and hard to follow. Even the instructions were printed without written ... Read More
