Pros & Cons
Pros
It is very easy to use (if you have sewn before its ridiculously easy), easy to thread, easy to wind bobbins, the foot lift and thread cutter are intuitively-placed.
I have 3 singer vintage sewing machines, they all run like a charm! First new singer in 30 years. Secondly the product was packaged very well and no dameges.
Cons
This company wants to charge 20% to restock and i never used the machine. If it isn't a singer authorized dealer there is no warranty. The description is also incorrect/misleading.
The machine is squarish. Because of the design, threading it is and changing presser feet is ackward. It keeps bunching underneath which indicts an upper tension problem.

Sadly singer quality on the whole has gone down in the last few decades and i fell for the heavyduty advertising and nostalgia from seeing my grandma use older singer machines

Ive learned that the bobbin case has high tension and tends to get tangled with threads if the tension is off at all
