The only reason im giving one star less is because the plastic used to pack it is brittle and tears easily being low quality i had to transfer the contents to another flexible and soft plastic with top seal

Also users must consume enzymes to digest this protein as it doesnt come with enzymes otherwise youre wasting the protein as it wont even get digested without enzymes
