Pros
Chia seeds are a healththy product for overall wellbeing and great for ones gut. They are nutrionally good for them and help to flush out sand from the gut. Great for digestion, coat, hooves, skin.
Cons
When the seeds don't hydrate when added to liquid that's a sign that they are really old. When package was received it had been pre-packaged into a trash bag. The original bag looks like it has been damaged.

Now i know that chia seeds rattling around inside the corrugations of a cardboard box sound just like a rainstick which is cool

The flavor is mild and mixing the seeds with water or juice makes it easy to ingest
