Pros

Works great. Easy to assemble. Cranks easily, has adjustable throttle. Only issue is one of the bolts in the handle wont go in.

Very pleased with the purchase. Amazon truly has amazing customer service.

Washed 4 trucks using a foam gun. Used an extension w/ a surface cleaner attachment and was able to clean up the driveway with only water, no cleaners. Only complaint is that it doesn't come with a 25 degree (green) nozzle. The simpson 3100 psi/2.

Cons

The engine tries to start but shuts off after a few seconds. Restart and again shuts down < 2 mins of use. If you buy it at lowes or home depot and it fails, you can return it for a refund or replacement.

Both idling and under load the pump leaks a whole lot from both ends of the pump. When it runs, the machine vibrates so bad it walks all over the place. Water sprays out the soap suction tube when the trigger is released.

This item is non-returnable to amazon and non-refundable. Have emailed the seller (simpson), 4 days and no reply. No help from simson.

I tried to but this at walmart it was send fedex which said it was delivered but my outside cameras proved they never delivered it

Arrived today and used it about 2 hours so far

Replacement sent out to me once received i will update again for machine
