Pros
These are so good, it's not like i'm eating diet food like other keto or low carb products. Excellent way to lose weight without depriving yourself.
Cons
These cakes were spoiled. If something arrives hot that it is not safe to eat. Spiked my blood sugar by 50 points. Ok, these are functional if you have no choice, but scrumptious? Not so much.
