I will take two teaspoons of the ginger powder and a pinch of brown sugar and mix the two together in an eight ounce glass of carrot juice. It warms my belly and helps my upset stomach. It also works well for relief from gas pains.02 Soothe Arthritis - Ginger is known for its anti-inflammatory properties and can be used to soothe arthritis pain.
