Pop up feature makes it a little hard to pull out towels when holder is filled to the brim but dispenser works without “tightening” so you can avoid this issue by filling not tightening using 14 of the towels then popping up the tightened tray

The bottom release button was broken when it arrived but it works fine anyway

We also have not removed the protective wrap on the suction cups as the countertops are cleaned frequently and the suction cups look like they would adhere tightly

Works well but when the case is full of towels there is more pressure on the first towel in the dispenser so you have to be careful in pulling it out or you could end up with a small piece between your fingers and you have to go back and do a two handed pull
