Pros

Good product and lightweight. Perfect for someone that wants low impact exercise with the bonus of improving your balance. It takes a few tries to find your balance -- i strongly recommend holding onto a chair the first couple of times!

Buy the mat even if you have carpeting. It's like an old friend leaving! The sharks have integrity and i haven't got burned yet. It comes with a dvd, but i confess i never watched the whole thing.

Cons

It starts going in circles as soon as you try to do the first twist. Only used it less than 20 times. All i can view is the 1st one with mom and daughter explaining how to use the board. It does not circle.

This is a fun product to use, but it is not durable at all. Not durable for the intended/advertised use.

The chances of facing great injuries are marginally high in this equipment. It is a lightweight plastic exercise device with a history of not being able to take the desired weight of 300 lbs. It's supposed to be able to hold up to 400 lbs.

I want to love this board but am choosing another brand for replacement since the poor quality is not worth it to me

Soooo if you get the simply fit board just know you are going to have to really stick with the learning curve if you are a klutz like me
