Pros
Delicious and low carb. Being diabetic, i need #lowcarb but they to avoid aspartame. When the sweet tooth goblin strikes, this is a great answer.
It's pricy but if you need a jello fix like me, it’s worth it. I definitely think it gets more firm than regular jello too. It is the tastiest jello i have had.
Like 1-2 hours in the fridge.
Cons
What is the point of having jello if you aren’t getting the benefits of gelatin! Please be aware of the harmful affects of carrageenan.

This maybe good if you are using it to prepare jello only but maybe an issue if you are trying to use it for a dessert recipe which requires the jello to cool down before putting it on top of cakebuiscuits or another ingredient like that
