A good cookbook to add to the shelf for easy meal ideas. A great addition to your cookbook library whether you are on a diet or not! I love to cook and have stacks of cookbooks but this one is the best of the bunch.
Recipes are easy to follow and pack up nicely for next day lunches. When i make any adjustments it's usually to add more free vegetables or seasonings. The meals feel like a splurge!
